This year we have been recognized as a Full Estate Producer within the DO Cava, a distinction that certifies that the entire process—from grape cultivation to winemaking, aging, and bottling—is carried out entirely on the estate. In other words, the wine is born and raised at our home, under our responsibility, with complete control over every stage.
This way of working, however, is not new for us: we have always done it this way. We work with our own grapes, cultivated according to organic and biodynamic principles, harvested and vinified in the same winery where they will rest during aging until they are released to the market.
Being a Full Estate Producer not only recognizes our consistency with the land but also reaffirms our commitment to quality and respect for the landscape that defines us. It is about continuing to do things as we have always understood them: from start to finish, on the estate.
