This land that saw me be born and grow is the very same land that cradles the vineyards surrounding the winery. A land marked by the Mediterranean light, the sea breeze, the soils of the Penedès, and the work of the generations that came before me.

Here I have learned that winemaking is about observing, listening, and respecting. Every vineyard has its own character, every vintage its own rhythm, and every grape its own expression. That is why our way of working stems from a deep bond with the estate and from the desire to transform the fruit of the earth without losing its essence.

Biodynamics has helped me understand this bond even further—to view the estate as a living organism, where the soil, the vines, the climate, biodiversity, and people are all part of the same balance. Working in harmony with natural rhythms, observing the stages of the plant, and adapting every intervention to the right moment allows us to guide the vineyard with greater sensitivity and precision.

I feel fortunate to be part of this story. My ancestors left me far more than just vineyards: they passed on a way of looking at the landscape, of understanding time, and of working with our hands, with patience and responsibility.

Today, continuing along this path is both a commitment and a privilege. A commitment to the land that raised us, to the Penedès, and to a way of crafting organic and biodynamic wines and cavas that seeks to express its origin with authenticity, balance, and a unique identity.

Because, in the end, we don't just work an estate. We are part of it.
