Qualified Estate Wine from the Avi Ton vineyard, planted with the Xarel·lo variety in 1945 by Ton Massana, 8th generation of the family on the estate. This is a vineyard over 78 years old with very low production and calcareous soil. This wine is a tribute to the father of the current owner, Eudald Massana and the grandfather of his children.

Terroir: own organic viticulture vineyards located in Subirats. The grapes are picked from 75 year old vines with a very limited production.

Grapes from vines over 78 years old with very low production. The harvest is done manually, and maceration with skins is carried out at 5°C for 38-45 hours. Fermentation in 500L barrels allows for a slow and balanced integration of the barrel. Aged for 3 months in contact with its own lees, during which Batonnage is performed.

Tasting note
Pale gold with hints of sparkle. Floral aromas in the nose (almond flower) combine with ripe fruit (pineapple, quince) and the aromas from the barrel (toast, vanilla, coffee). A well balanced wine with body and glyceric, unctuous though at the same time crisp. Tropical notes.
