    “Orange Wine" Xarel·lo from the estate's old vines planted in vas. It obtains its colour thanks to the maceration with its skins. A gastronomic and voluminous wine, full of complex aromas, resulting in a modern wine, following the essence of organic and biodynamic viticulture.

  • Tasting note

    Colour
    Amber colour. It has natural lees, the result of maceration with the skins and is unfiltered.

    Nose
    Aromatic complexity of citrus notes of orange and mandarin peel intertwined with hints of spices and minerality that characterise the Xarel-lo variety grown on the estate.

    Palate
    Silky texture and fresh acidity that balances harmoniously with the tannic structure of the maceration with the skins. Stone fruit flavours, salinity and hints of subtle spices and a slight bitterness add complexity to the whole. Long and persistent finish.

  • Wine pairing

    Smoked fish, cured cheeses and white meats. It can also be enjoyed on its own as a complete sensory experience.
