Grape variety: Chardonnay, Macabeo, Xarel.lo (old vines)
Terroir: own organic viticulture vineyards located in Subirats.
Aging: aged in cellar minimum for 40 to 48 months
Alcohol content: 12º
Traditional Method. Second fermentation takes place in the bottle.
Small and persistent bubbles. Pale gold colour. Notes of aging with aromas of red plums and jam, subtle smell of citrus contributing a touch of freshness. Well balanced in the mouth, creamy with persistent passage through the mouth, and a dry and elegant aftertaste.
