Organic and biodynamic agriculture is the foundation of our approach to vineyards and winemaking. For us, wine culture is a journey of continuous learning: a way of observing, interpreting, and sharing everything that springs from the land.

The vineyards surrounding the estate and the winery where we craft our wines and cavas serve as a true living classroom. Here, theory and practice meet daily in every decision: how we work the soil, how we tend to each vine, when we intervene, and when we let nature take its course.
That is why we treat every vineyard uniquely. Each plot possesses its own identity and contributes distinct nuances to our wines. The wines and cavas we produce, crafted exclusively from our own estate-grown grapes, are the result of this perspective: they reflect the passion, respect, and care with which we farm the land where we were born.

The estate is located mainly in the municipality of Subirats, though a portion belongs to Avinyonet del Penedès. It encompasses thirty hectares of vineyards along with wooded areas, situated in a diverse landscape where every corner boasts its own conditions. To the south, the sea breeze (marinada) arrives from Garraf; to the north rises Montserrat; to the east lies the Ordal mountain range, and to the west opens the Penedès plain.

Knowing our estate firsthand allows us to interpret it with precision. Planting each grape variety where it best adapts to the soil, climate, and orientation is, for us, a fundamental decision. From this relationship between land, vine, and labor, the distinct personality of our wines and cavas is born.
