The history of Celler Eudald Massana is the story of a family linked to the land for 10 generations. A farming, winemaking, and family journey born in the Penedès region that has grown around the vineyard, constant hard work, and respect for the surrounding landscape.
Since the beginning of the 17th century, according to writings linked to the Monastery of Sant Sebastià dels Gorgs, the Massana family has been rooted in Mediterranean agriculture. Vineyards, wheat, peaches, and other fruit trees have been part of a way of living and working the estate, always adapted to the climate, soils, and needs of each era.
Generation after generation, this relationship with the land has been passed down through effort, knowledge, and dedication. The grandfather, Josep Massana Carbó, and the father, Antoni Massana Ràfols, left a significant mark on the family's winemaking history, with a recognized legacy deeply connected to the world of wine.
With the arrival of Eudald Massana, this heritage took on a new dimension. Since childhood, he dreamed of making wine, putting it in a bottle, and working to have it recognized for its quality. That dream, shared with his family, turned into his own project: a winery with identity, rooted in the estate, and true to a way of understanding wine from its origin.
